Our subscription includes our help making the schedule work, not only the software.
On behalf of our clients, the software sends service texts to their customers who have asked for them: when a visit is scheduled, the arrival window on the day, and when the work is done. Customers choose which they get and can stop at any time by replying STOP. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Opt in
Service texts are optional. To receive them, tell the business you are a customer of, when you call or when their technician is at your door. They record your choice on your account, and you pick which texts you want. Consent is never required to receive service.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any text and they end at once. You get one confirmation and nothing further. You can also ask the business to turn them off. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
